The roll-to-roll machine possesses the primary technical capabilities of cutting, slitting, creasing, lamination and delamination.
The machine is equipped with three cutting units, a guillotine and a laminating system. It also has an ink-jet printing module for coding, numbering, barcode printing and marker printing.
The system has also been specially designed for converting self-adhesive tapes, foams, rubbers, felts, paper and films, and can perform die-cutting, rewinding, sheeting, numbering and video inspection.
The video inspection unit enables 100% in-line inspection of the dimensions and surfaces of the cut parts.
