Self-adhesive tape conversion

Bimax – solutions for industry

We have many years’ experience in the precision punching of components from a wide range of materials, with a particular focus on accuracy, quality and comprehensive technical documentation. Our production facilities enable us to handle both large production runs and individual prototypes – even within very short timeframes.
Thanks to our modern machinery and extensive technological facilities, we are able to precisely shape a variety of materials intended for technical and industrial applications.

Most commonly processed materials:
• adhesive and foam tapes
• soundproofing materials
• protective and specialist films
• cushioning and sealing materials
• EPDM, felts, PE foams
• adhesive and protective films
• papers
• other plastics

Die-cutting technologies:
die-cut – cutting the element along with the liner (the adhesive-protecting layer),
kiss-cut – cutting the material without damaging the backing (the liner remains intact). The name of the process stems from the fact that the blade ‘kisses’ the backing without cutting through it.

We work with both materials supplied by the customer and those recommended by us. We carry out projects based on supplied drawings or – following the customer’s guidelines – prepare our own technical documentation.
We offer die-cuts with a ‘fingerlift’, i.e. a special tab that makes it easier to remove the protective layer.
